Why do I need a consultation?

Great question! ;)

I want you to be happy with the entire process of hand tied extensions, and part of that is making sure handtied extensions are right for you. I require an in person consultation for several reasons, but the main one is to have full transparency between me and you. I want to meet you and I want you to meet me. I want you to see my salon space, make the drive, find the parking, sit in my chair, and see if this is something you can see yourself doing every 7-10 weeks.

Secondly, I want and NEED to see your hair in person. Photos are great for inspiration and all but let’s face it, it’s pretty hard to take a photo of the back of your head, and not all cameras/lighting/at home photography is created equally. I cannot see the condition of your scalp, feel the texture of your hair, and observe and feel the density from a couple of photos. I do not give price quotes over the phone or Instagram because I do not have a full picture of everything that is needed to achieve your dream hair.

When you sit in my chair, I am able to look at your hair and feel it while I go over the process. While I do this, you can feel the hair that I use (Covet & Mane). From there, it is all about YOU. Every single person that sits in my chair will have different wants and needs. I want to make all your hair dreams come true, so this is where you can show me inspiration photos, and we can go over your hair history, and you can ask any questions I may not have answered. We go over how to achieve your dream hair and we come up with a game plan together. Once we have something we are both happy with, I can give you a price quote And then we book your appointment.

Sounds pretty simple right? All of this takes just about 15 minutes and makes all the difference in the world!
